foreclosure/ liens

There is a lien on my home for 14,000 and my home is scheduled for Sheriff's sale in two weeks. What happens to that lien?

Depending upon what order it was placed (ie. it's position in repayment) it will either be repaid, or it will remain a debt. It will no longer be secured by the house, but you may still owe it.
