Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

i have been charged with No headlights on and DUI for .013 % and i am 19 and no previous DUI charges or any similar charges.

I wish to know if i should plead guilty or not

i just wanna know a way that i can drop my charges in order to get no points out of this,,

Becuase you are under the age of 21, the legal BAC is 0.02%. Your BAC was 0.13%, or six times the legal limit. This offense can carry six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.00. You should focus your efforts on avoiding jail, and not worry about the points on your license.
