Contact an attorney who will contact the court for you and arrange so that you are not arrested. Do this now and you stand the chance of not having to pay the court a new bond. If you wait, depending on the city you're in, they will come for you.

Bad!

But-usually fixable. Best advice? Talk directly to an attorney. If you choose not to do that then the following information may help but should not be relied on since I do not have all of the facts! Generally-If you missed a court date that was a few days ago you can usually call the court and explain what happened-ask them to reschedule. There may be a warrant out for your arrest. This is especially true if the hearing was more than a few days ago. In any event you should not just forget about it because the Judge will not! What are you charged with? Was this your first time in court for this charge? Was anyone injured? Best bet? Talk directly to an attorney as soon as possible. Judge's do not look kindly on people who miss court dates and then don't deal with the problem quickly. Call if you want to give me more information.

Good Luck DHD
