what will i get
I was charged with dui, underage consumption, 2 counts of reckless ioperation, a stopsign violation and failure to comply with the signal of a police officer which the failure to comply i did not do, the cop was behind me for about a block an as soon as i saw him i pulled over but he said i was trying to get away. the only thing i can get is a public defender. i was just wondering what will happen. it is my first offense as an adult, i just turned 18 a week ago.
