i heard that childsupport in ohio is going to be based on forty hours is this true?

No. Child support is based on yearly salary. Obviously, it also includes whether the individual is 'slacking' or reaching 'maximum' earning potential. Therefore, if someone makes 20k a year, but only works 20 hours a week, the argument could be made that they make 40k a year because they're slacking....
