Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Custody question

Friend of mine is thinking of divorce. She had had heart issues in the past and currently has an annueryism near her aerota valve. Her lawyer and her husband's both say the husband could get full custody due to her ongoing health problems and that she may not be healthy enough to raise two kids. Is this possible
