can you be charged with deseration if you leave the home before the divorce is filed or final no children involved would it be that you should stay in the same home until it is over the divorce

No you can't be charged with desertion; living separate and apart for one year is one ground for filing for divorce. Separating your belongs and living apart will likely make your divorce easier.
