im 17 and i live in ohio. my mother is trying to elt me not see my son when she gets mad. she is pressing charges against my girlfriend for interference with custody. she makes legal decisions about my son that i do not want. her to do she says she wants full custody and m son is very well taken care of. so what can i do can i leave home because its 6 months before i turn 18. what can happen to my son. when we go to court will they give her what i never said i want. can my girlfriend go to jail.

Because you are still a minor, visitation and custody matters of children born to minors are handled in juvenile court. I suggest contacting your local juvenile court.
