divorce documents

my divorce final in 2002, today i am told none are sealed with stamp, this has gone on in all matters, i feel tricked, what does this entail, and what needs to be done

By sealed, I imagine that you mean certified. It is no problem to get a certified copy of the decree. One just needs to go to the clerk of Courts where the divorce was granted and the Clerk will help you to get a certified copy of the decree.
