legal guardianship
i have legal guardianship for my 5 yr old granddaughter and now her mom keeps threatening to come take her back after 2 yrs!! can she do this? we live in Ohio

If you were granted guardianship through the courts, there would have to be a court hearing to terminate the guardianship and the termination would have to be in the best interest of your grandaughter.
