Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

lawsuit agreement & dismissal

instead of going to trial my former business partner agreed to return all rights to me such as the business name , web site, etc... as I had the business before her and she never paid me for her share. her lawyer and mine drew up the agreemnet papers for her and I to sign and also notified the judge to dismiss the jury, and as far as I knew it was settled. It is now 30 days later and NO PAPERS on her part have been signed, nor has she taken down the web sites using my logo names, still using everything she agreed NOT TO. The papers still have NOT been filed with the court as the ordered. Now I would like to know, what I can do, as my lawyer seems to be covering for this other lawyer or his own butt, I am not sure which it is. Is this a Contempt of court for all of them ? Who is at fault here? I know I keept up my part, but what is with her , her lawyer and my lawyer? Where do I go from here? Is my lawyer in trouble for not getting it signed right away? I now feel she is profiting from my business name as she is still using it. I for gave up a jury trial and sueing her for a money value in exchane for just giving me back my rights to my store name , web site, signs, and from her ever profiting from using my business logos

Take this with a grain of salt (an odd expression) because I am totally unfamiliar with your case. However, it seems like a motion for contempt is your next course of action.
