Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

medicalmalpractice

I was feeling some abdominal pain in 2006. I went to my home hospital emergency room numerous times and they told me that nothing was wrong with me, I went back again and again. I was not getting any help really and went to another hospital and they found that something was wrong and I had surgery because of the length of time it took to find this doctor to perform the surgery some tissues inside of me was rupted and I must have another surgery to remove the tissues. I feel that if they would have listened to me instead of billing me and sending me home I would have not suffered so long. I may not be explaining myself right but I know that the hospital was wrong the way they negleted me.

Re: medicalmalpractice

Failure to properly diagnose your condition may be malpractice. If your condition got worse because of the delay and you needed treatment that you would not have needed if you had been properly diagnosed, you may be entitle to compensation.

If you are interested in looking into this matter you need to act quickly. There is a one year time limit for these types of cases. Give me a call or send me your contact information and I will give you more information. I have been handling medical malpractice cases for over 30 years and will be glad to review this matter for you. No charge or obligation for the call.

You need to talk to an attorney immediately! if not me then someone else. Time is critical.
