Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Refresh a large torte judgement

I won a large torte judgement against my ex for intentional injury about 15 years ago while living in CA-he moved to FL & I moved to OH. I had it transferred to FL courts about 10 years ago but he was hiding money & I could not collect. I would like to know how to refresh the judgement as I believe he is no longer attempting to hide money & I may be able to collect now. Can I refresh an old torte judgement and how can I do this?

A dormant judgment can be revived under some circumstances. Do you know where your husband is now? Do you know where his assets are? If he is not in Ohio and his assets are not in Ohio, you will need to work with the Courts in the state that he is and/or his assets are located.

Good Luck
