Legal Question in Product Liability in Ohio

overriding a will

My father passed away in 1999 at the time I was incarcerated and unable to attend the fiduciary hearing that my stepmother filed for in court. She ended up being able to bypass the contents of my father's will and therefore took total control over the estate cutting myself and my brother totally out of our inheritance. Can I do anything about it since the attorney who drew up the will has been disbarred? Is it too late?

Re: overriding a will

Your question does not provide all the facts I would need to answer your question. I do not know what you mean by "over-riding the will" since that generally cannot be done. Additionally, you may have statute of limitations problems. If you are talking about valuable land or money at issue, however, it may be worth your time to contact me for a consultation. Please contact me if you want to pursue this further.
