my grandmother passed away and left all her estate and belongings to me but it is still in probate court the executers of the will and the attorney told me i could stay in the house untill everything was settled the house has a morgage on it and has to be sold but i was told to live here until then now the executer of the will is telling me to leave tommorrow because i didnt let her act like my mother can she make me leave tommorrow or is it like any other eviction and take 30 days i have established residence here there are bills in my name so my question is can they make me leave tommorrow or do i have 30 days

Because your occupancy was by agreement, you have to be evicted. That takes a minimum of 3 weeks. You can be forced to move, but cannot be forced to leave without a court order.
