Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

My 16 YO son had a small accident due to failure to yield out of a private drive onto a street. He was waived out by another driver and ended up hitting someone (not the waver). He has only had his license for 3 months. How can he keep my license, I understand in Cuyahoga county that they could revoke his license. He works and attends college and needs privileges.

It is not likely that he would lose his license. He could, but still not likely. I am at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Justice Center almost every day. It used to be that drivers would be asked to bring cans for the poor. They don't do that as often, but there is usually some penalty assessed that the new driver can live with, but also learn his lesson. If this is his first ticket then I do not expect his license to actually get suspended. If you want me to appear with you give me a call or if you have any other questions here's my cell phone number. 216.952.1990
