Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

Hour of operations, then speeding as left then may have tried to get me again

My gf and I were in a large deserted parkinglot talking until dark. When we were about to leave, 10 min after dark the cop nailed us with $92 apeice. Then as I left in this large deserted parkinglot he got me again at 40 mph in apparently 15 mph. I left again and then pulled onto a side road to talk this over with my gf. Then he raced by with his lights on. He may have been after me. If I plead guilty can he bring this last peice up? Would it be better to plead innocent?

If you plead guilty to a charge, you are waiving your right to a trial. Because there is no trial, neither side really has an opportunity to present facts. However, before the judge imposes a sentence, he or she should give you an opportunity to make a brief comment about the case. Although infrequent in traffic matters, occasionally law enforcement officers also make a short comments before sentencing.
