Adult children and minor chidren

which form do I use for a will, they offer one for adult children and one for minor children wE HAVE BOTH ages , 15 , 22, 21, ?

Your problem is a good example of why forms are not sufficient to create a proper estate plan. Every individual, and every family is different, which makes the use of standard forms very dangerous.
