Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

probate was filed, id did not sien waiver notice

will was present to court on 11-4-05 for probate. I didnot

sign the waiver notice. My brother is the executor. We are the only heirs. What about my will contest options

now.?

He asked now ased for more time to file inventory of assets

to the court. They were due 2-8-06. There is no business

invovled. He wants til 4-2-06. What's this mean?

If you did not sign the waiver notice, was it sent to you by certified mail? If it was, then the 3 month period for will contest runs from the date that he files his Affidavit of Notice of Probate. Check the docket.
