Who pays moving costs?
My mother passed away 10/26/04. She left the house to my sister and the contents for us to decide upon. My sister and I are co-trustee and co-executor. My mothers house is in Ohio (where I currently am) and I live in NC. My sister and I have agreed on what I get. Who pays for the items to be moved to NC, myself or the estate?

The beneficiary must pay the moving costs unless your mother's Will says that the estate pays.

Unless the will specifically provides for it, the beneficiaries must pay for transport themselves.
