do my sisters and i have any right to ask my mothers attorney to see her will.

If your mother is still alive then the attorney cannot show you her will unless they have her permission.

no, not unless she has passed away and one of you is the nominated executor / executrix; the other next of kin and those named in the will are typically served a copy of the will during the probate process as a courtesy. Once the will has bee probated, it is then public records and anyone can see it in the probate court file.
