Legal Question in Workers Comp in Oklahoma

FMLA vs. workmans compensation

A family memeber is on workmans compensation and is having to have 2 surgeries as a result of her injury at the workplace. Her company put her on FMLA in which the 12 weeks expires at the end of this month. She just had her 1st surgery 2 weeks ago and has to wait another 4-5 weeks to have the next surgery. How does this impact FMLA when she can not return to work and she is receivng compensation from workmans compensation? Can she lose her job? Thank you so much for any help.
