Which state I need to hire lawyer

I live in Oklahoma, I work for a company based in Wisconsin, The insurance Company is based in Illonis.

I was hurt on the job. Which state do I need to hire a lawyer from?

You can seek compensation in the State where you were injured or in the state where your employment contract was made.
