Legal Question in Workers Comp in Oklahoma

Workmens Comp Appeals
I recently was in W/C court in Oklahoma. My attorney came to me and said that they had come to an agreement with the insurance attorneys and I approved the agreement. I got notice from my attorney that the insurance had appealed. My question was how they could appeal something that they agreed to and his reply was that the insurance company thought that their attorneys tried the case so to keep from causing that attorney any problems with the insurance company they weren't going to say anything. What is my recourse here. It seems they are more worried about this attorney than my medical and financial needs.

I sounds odd to me also yet I nor any attorney should review your paperwork while you still have that attorney.
