my child is over 18 and support order has been stopped, I have arrears,

are the laws the same when the child is over 18 and can they still suspend my liscences?

Yes, the laws for collection for accured and unpaid child support do not change simply because the child attains age 18 and future accrual stops. And, yes, they can still suspend your license.
