Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

need to know

if i am found not guilty of the store charges of retail theft can i still be cited for criminal trespass.(this refers to a form I signed agreeing to never enter the store again.?)and if i signed this no tresspass form without a clear understanding of what i was signing(my state of mental health is very much in question here?)How liable am i really?

Under what circumstances did you sign the form?

Yes, you can still be charged on the basis of the form.
