is there a buyer's remorse law for cars

I purchased a car that has faulty brakes and caused me to be in aan accident. I no longer want to deal with the dealer and I no longer want the car. i purchased the car at 9:30 p.m. today and got into the accident an half our later because my brakes failed.

You would have to sue under a warranty either written or implied. The fact the brakes failed 1/2 hour after purchase gives you a decent chance of winning. I offer free consultations.
