Statue of limitions on auto accidents

can I be sued for an accident that happened more than 2 yrs ago.

The Statute of Limitations in Pennsylvania is generally 2 years. A formal lawsuit needs to be filed with the court before the expiration of 2 years. The only exceptions is if the plaintiff selected "limited tort", then the time period is 2 years from when the plaintiff knew or should have known that his/her injuries were "serious injuries."
