Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

innocent armed robbery suspect

Although I think I'll be ok due to lack of evidence, I can't help but worry. What is the average sentence for armed robbery?

In PA, sentencing depends most on your prior record. However, there are certain mandatory minimums in PA. Robbery F1 with a gun is either a 5-10 or a 10-20 year mandatory.

Feel free to email or call. Good Luck, Brian.

Looking at a number of sources the overall average seems to be 8 years. Of course, if a firearm was involved, there is a mandatory minimum of 5 years and each case is dependent upon the facts, whether there's a criminal record, the Judge imposing the sentence and any number of other factors too numerous to list.
