Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I took a plea which was told that instead of 5yrs parole it would be 6 months because of a conflict with dui's in pennsylvania i already had most of it time served the judge said i could either wait and come back when the state finished its review or could plea that day an then when the states done theylm vacate it or what not i plead that day now months later my pd said she talked to the judge and the da and it wouldnt be much longer wel today she said its not happening im stuck with 5 yrs the state ruled it only applies to refusals the only reason i took the plea was for the 6 months i feel i took it under false pretense what can i do?
