Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

The police want my son to come to the station , they said he doesnt need an attorny he isnt going to jail (unless he lies) and if he doesnt come they will pick him up and ask him from jail. They told me he was involved in some thing and they want to ask questions. He says he did nothing and he thinks they just want him to "rat" on someone? Can they put him in jail for not going in to be questioned or cause someone said he was at a crime or involved in a crime?

He is NOT to talk to the police. The fifth amendment gives him that right. Next he needs to talk to an attorney.

The reason they don't want an attorney there is an admission they have some idea they can arrest him for something.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
