Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
property line trees
My property line is bordered with stone walls recently a neighbor cut down several black cherry trees for timber sale that were located in the wall and then tried to hide the stumps with rocks. is this timber theft and if so what are my options

Call the police and file a criminal complaint. You can also sue for the value of the trees taken.
