Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I'm a 17 year old single mother. I live with my dad who verbally abuses me. He tells me im never going to graduate highschool and i'm never going to be anything. He tells me to "shut the f*ck up" and ect. I have a safe, healthy environment where i can stay. I just need to know if i can move out without him being able to do anything..

You should consider speaking with an attorney about emancipation. You can petition the Court to �emancipate� and become a �legal adult� before you turn 18 in certain circumstances.
