im the mother of my 9 month old child. my ex boyfriend who is not on the birthcertificate has filed for custody can a judge make me get a DNA for my son?

Yes, the judge can order DNA testing of your son. If he filed a custody claim against you, it would be in your best interest to immediately retain a lawyer.
