You would file a contempt petition and as part of your relief ask that the court order that the police should assist you in getting your children.

I would advise her first, or her lawyer, in writing that in a 24 hours a contempt petition will be filed, requesting the kids, as well as attorney's fees and costs. If she does not comply, then immediately file it.

Take the Court Order directly to the police station and have them escort you to the home to retrieve the children.
