Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

we bought our daughter a house, everything is in her name and she has the deed. we didn't get any papers or written agreement that she had to pay us back. we agreed on a payment price that she would pay us each month. now due to a family dispute she stopped paying us. my question is do we have a leg to stand on taking this to court?

First, this falls under property law not family law. As the repayment agreement concerns real property it must be in writing. Normally, even an oral contract would be enforced but because it concerns land it must be in writing.

I supose you could sue under unjust enrichment but that's shaky. Where was you lawyer?
