Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my children were recently adopted thru the courts. not because of any neglect, but because i was too depressd and broken. the judge in my case decided to hurry up the adoption process, to remove child welfare out of the picture, and the adoption was to be open. since everything has become final the adoptive family has cut off all contact with my children, which they were not supposed to do. im really desperate to see my children. i love them and miss them so much. i just wonderd if there was any way i could file something to have some type of visitation or even better, a way to get this reversed.

The court has the power to revoke an adoption where fraud has been established by convincing evidence. Absent fraud, an adoption will be revoked only if the revocation is in the best interests of the child.

You should act quickly if you wish to attempt to have the adoption revoked. Please feel free to call my office for a free consultation. 724-981-1962
