Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I'm a little curious on a small topic. I am paying child support and currently in the works for getting joint custody. I have to pay for the last month and a half even though the mother refused to allow me to see my child, is there anyway to fight having to pay that. Im fine with paying the support, but it comes down to I have not been permitted to see the child that I am having to now pay for.

Whether or not get to see the child support is still owed. Think about the child still had to eat.

That said you get even in custody court by filing a contempt petition and asking for sanctions.
