Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-husband and I were married in California, divorced in Connecticut. He resides in Texas, and I reside in Pennsylvania. Our children were 2 and 4 when we got divorced. Joint custody, but primary residence with me (mother). Our youngest daughter is graduating high school in June. Can he be made to help college for her?

Not under Pennsylvania Law. The obligation for support ends when the child turns 18 or graduates high school which ever occurs last.
