Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My fiancee is trying to find out if a child resulted from a previous relationship. The woman says yes, however gave the child up for adoption. She does not have a very reliable story but I still want to see some evidence if there is any. What legal papers would she have in her possession if she gave the child up for adoption?

She might have the papers she signed to terminate her rights. Then again she could have tossed them all. There's absolutely no requirement she keep them. In theory if your fiancee was the father he would have had to terminate his rights and he would have had to sign a termination of parental rights.
