Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i have joint custody with my sons father. He moved to another state and has no contact with my son do i automatically get full custody?

Legally no. The current custody order stays in effect until it's modified by the court. That said if he doesn't exercise his custody rights you effectively have full custody. Though he could petition the court for a new custody arrangement.
