In the state of pennsylvania. How long may you live with someone before you are considered legally married? If you do not know please give all info you can.

The Supreme Court recently made it extremely difficult to establish a common law marriage. The length of time people live together is irrelevant. There basically needs to be an exchange of vows to establish a common law marriage. For more information contact Julie Auerbach at 610-564-3700.
