The Complaint for Divorce (also sometimes referred to as a Petition for Divorce) is probably the most important document you will submit during your divorce proceedings. Sounds like you got a form of the web that was less then expertly prepared.

If you want to file for divorce Pro Se you might check with the local legal services they might have the appropriate forms and instructions.

In the alternative you can go to the law library in or near the county court house. There you can see what you need to do.

By the way once you file don't assume the Prothonotary does anything more than file it.

You have to be sure to serve the complaint properly and then file an affidavit of service with the Prothonotary.
