parental rights removal

i want to give up parental rights, do you still pay child suport?

To whom do you wish to give them up to? The only way your parental rights will be terminated is if there is someone who wished to adopt the child.

The state won't make your child an orphan.

Besides if all it took to get out of child support was terminating your parental rights lots of non custodial parents would do it. That would be against public policy which requires that the biological parents support their children.

Otherwise who should pay to support YOUR child?
