Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania Law Re: Forgery of divorce papers.

What legal action can be taken for a wife forging divorce documents. The divorce was legally granted without consent from husband (currentley living in NYC).

Re: Pennsylvania Law Re: Forgery of divorce papers.

Forgery is a crime and the local prosecutor may take action. In addition, if a party's signature was forged, the divorce may be vacated.
