Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

separation and children

What are the first things I should do with my children as I prepare to leave my husband? I live in PA (where the children go to school and my mother-in-law watches them) but I am moving to my mother--name removed--in NJ, where I work. No one in NJ can watch them until I get them registered for school.

You should be aware that before you relocate out of state with the children, you should either get the written permission to do so from the father, or file a complaint for custody and a petition requesting court permission to relocate. This has to be done in PA. Please contact me if you would like to discuss. I have several office locations.
