Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If you have been seperated living seperately from your spouse for over 4 years and have already filed and uncontested Divorce and your spouse is purposely not complying are you able to go through and/or are there any ways of having your divorce finalized without your spouses compliance.

You have to at least serve your spouse with the divorce papers. Once done, if there are no property or other issues, should be straightford.
