Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My son's father wants him for 5 days in a row. His phone is not in service he can only use it under Wi-Fi therefore if he takes my son out somewhere and God forbid something would happen he is no way to get in touch with anyone and I have no way to get in touch with him. Is there anything I can do about that
