Can you sue CYS for not removing a child from a home when there was abuse sexual abuse that is...older siblings where removed from the home but yet CYS let the youngest which was a girl remain in the home for 4 more years after the older siblings were removed by CYS

Yes you can file suit. The question is can you win.The question after that is if you won what would you get? You question lacks any information what specifically did CYS did wrong. Further what you want to happen to the alleged wrong doers. Further what id you relation to this case. and how were YOU injured.
