Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Will a judge make him pay my legal fees

I have to go to court soon. Ex filed a show cause order for denial of visitation 3 times. the first time he was not denied and had his visitation weekend. The second time was an oversight because he confused me with the dates he said he would not be picking him up. the third time his std visit of 2 hours fell on my holiday and I was told the holiday schedule trumps the std schedule. Ive had to hire a lawyer and I want him to pay my fees. He is also asking for reduced CS due to econoni harddhip not less than 6 months after the CS ordered was issued, and he hasnt payed anything until this month. CSE has filed contempt on him for nonpayment. He is about 5500 in arrears. how likely is it I can get a judge to have him pay all or at least half my legal fees?

Depends on the court. Some award fees others don't. As the defendant don't expect that you will get fees. Even if you did why do you think he'll pay?

The person who could tell you be whether or not fees will be awarded is YOUR attorney. After all he knows the court and hopefully the full facts of your case.
